Mobile Web Engineer

Full-time, Redwood City

As a Sr Mobile Web App Engineer, you will build our Ionic/Angular based client app & a brand-new Web experience that will be used by millions of users. Since we are a startup, there is always lots to do and you will have the opportunity to contribute to multiple projects in the Engineering team.

We are unable to sponsor H1B visas/OPT at this time.

You'll need extensive Javascript, CSS3 and Mobile-web experience in a consumer facing product.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and subject matter experts to execute on our product roadmap
  • Rapidly build production quality software
  • Contribute by writing code and tests
  • Develop mobile and web applications to be viewed on mobile devices
  • Work closely with our product team on consumer-facing UI design
  • Design and architect new software to help our merchant partners and operations
Qualifications: (Ideal)
  • 5-8+ years of professional software development experience
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a mobile web app engineer
  • 2+ years of professional experience with consumer-facing UI
  • Extensive experience with JavaScript and CSS3
  • Strong understanding of software development fundamentals
Qualifications: (Nice to have)
  • Angular, ES6, NodeJS
