JoyRun is hiring a select group of Growth Leads to drive rapid adoption of JoyRun in city, campus, and military markets. This is a highly immersive entrepreneurial position - you are joining a fast-growing startup at the ground floor, getting a first-hand look at our business in our markets across the nation, and blowing up user growth on the app!

This role requires an outgoing personality and the ability to excite people about your product. You should be ruthlessly driven, highly energetic and organized, and a natural leader who can motivate a team.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Launch, Manage, and Grow JoyRun in our city, college, and military markets
  • Work directly training, motivating, and leading our ground teams in our markets across the nation
  • Own and manage all operations in your market, from ground outreach, to digital marketing, recruitment, operations, and more. You own this business.
  • Invent creative and scrappy ways to generate buzz about JoyRun
  • Drive awareness, acquisition, and retention metrics through word of mouth, viral marketing, and direct outreach
  • Develop win-win relationships with local merchant partners
  • Report, and improve Key Performance Indicators on a continuing basis
  • Work within all aspects of our business, from digital marketing and product to recruitment and sales
  • Bring the markets to sustainability within months
  • Excellent Execution Chops - Highly Organized, High Energy, Attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, Scrappy, Persuasive, Accountable, and Outgoing
  • Outcome Driven - Proven track record of driving results with urgency
  • Willingness to travel to periodically markets as needed
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Critical Thinker - Comfortable problem solving and presenting solutions over obstacles
  • BA/BS with 1-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Operations. Startup Experience a plus.
